14-Day Trial

All new Pro and Team accounts start with a 14-day free trial — no card required. You can evaluate the full feature set before committing.

Cryptocurrency Payments

All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed after they are sent, so the 7-day money-back guarantee does not apply to payments made with cryptocurrency.

Before paying, verify the selected plan, billing period, Team seat count, wallet network, currency, and amount.

Expiration and Renewal

Cryptocurrency plans do not renew automatically. Access remains active through the paid period and then returns to Free. For every renewal, create a new NOWPayments invoice in Trevixe. Before transferring funds, carefully verify the wallet address, network, currency, and amount shown in that new invoice, and never reuse payment details from a previous invoice. Renewing early adds the new period after your existing paid time.

Payment Confirmation

Access is granted only after the payment reaches the finished status. Waiting, confirming, partially paid, failed, expired, or refunded payments do not grant a grace period or paid access.

Payment Questions

Email [email protected] with your account email, payment ID, and transaction hash if a finished payment was not credited. We can investigate the payment status, but we cannot reverse or refund a cryptocurrency transaction.

Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve any issue quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension per our Terms of Service.
